We are seeking extraordinary, kind, selfless, compassionate individuals who can acts as an advocate, supporter, educator, and caregiver to individuals with disabilities. Our programs are 4-bedroom residential settings & centered around the individuals we support. Most importantly, the goal is to provide services to enrich the lives of our residents to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives. What is a DSP's day "At Home" working consist of along with the job responsibilities? Assisting with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Demonstrating positive and supportive behavior with the clients and coworkers. Medication administration, documenting on the services provided daily in the electronic records and computer system. Socializing with residents getting them to enjoy playing games, watching movies, shopping, going for walks, bonfires, or fishing. Going to appointments and outings with clients and having fun!
